How long will it
take to receive my UNDER-Gi order?
Once we receive your order, we package your goods and mail them within
24 to 48 hours. For domestic
orders, we primarily use the United States Post Office
Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3
days. This may take longer for Hawaii, Alaska and Guam.
How are UNDER-Gi
sized?
UNDER-Gi
Combat Briefs® run in even waist sizes from 28 - 40 . Depending
on your preference, you may choose to order a size lower than
your actual waist for a tighter fit.
What if I need to
exchange or return my
UNDER-Gi
order?
We keep it simple!
Step 1:
Each shipment comes with a copy of your order. Simply write the word
“RETURN” in large bold letters at the bottom of the order form and a
note on describing what you would like to exchange the returned item
for.
Step 2:
Place item(s) in similar packing and enclose the order form from Step 1
above that you wrote “RETURN” on.
Step 3:
Mail the package to the address below. You may wish to insure your
package as we cannot take responsibility for packages that do not make
it back to our warehouse.

Damaged goods or incorrect shipments
If you have received
a damaged or defective item, please advise us immediately via email at
contactus@undergi.com. We will be more than happy to assist you
with a replacement or a credit (if necessary)
UNDER-Gi®
reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to deny any exchange
request. Please take extra care when sending goods back.
Who pays for
return shipping?
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the
merchandise. However, if we’ve made a mistake and sent you incorrect
merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will compensate you for
the cost of your original shipping, and we will not charge you for the
shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
Does UNDER-Gi accept money orders?
We are only able to accept domestic money orders at this time. If you
are in the U.S., send a money order payable to

email with your order. Be sure to state the size(s) and quantity you
desire. We will respond back with your order total ($ price). Sample

can I order from UNDER-Gi®?
We are able to accept payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) from and
ship to most countries. We can ship orders throughout Europe, Asia and
Latin America. Please note, shipping costs can vary.
